The UK Chapter Board's key priorities as of October 2011 are:

1.       Clarify and improve our membership process, both for individuals and for corporate members
2.       Improve and relaunch the UK IIBA website
3.       Fill the vacant positions on the board
4.       Reconstitute the board to better reflect the needs of our members
5.       Improve the value that we offer to our members
