Emal Bariali is a Business Analysis Consultant and the founder of BA Blocks, a premier business analysis training company. He is a Business Analysis Consultant with two decades of hands-on project execution experience across multiple domains and sectors. He is the founder of BA BLOCKS, a premier training company that teaches business analysis through project-based scenarios.

As a consultant at Bariali.com, Emal has successfully delivered over 20 projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies. As Chief Product Officer at BA Blocks, he has guided countless business analysts toward gaining clarity and confidence to advance their careers.


Emal holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems Design, a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, and a postgraduate diploma in Software & Database Development.

Marcus Udokang is a Business Analyst Consultant, writer and wpeaker. He helps organisations drive enterprise transformation across ERP, SaaS, CRM and integration projects. He has delivered transformation initiatives across industries including financial services, energy, fintech, real estate, and event management.

He also hosts The Inquisitive Analyst podcast where he explores the evolving role of business analysis and industry leadership, exploring trends, challenges and best practices through conversations with global practitioners. Marcus holds an MBA in IT.
