In this session we will get into prioritisation
How do you prioritise a backlog of user stories? Join this interactive session where you'll get to work in a group to critically evaluate a backlog and come up with a proposed running order.

When you have a lens with which to evaluate things, everything just clicks into place. So in this interactive group based work you will get to put yourself in the shoes of a product owner - setting a goal, and then working your priorities based on that direction.

You'll get to employ effective methods for prioritising based on impact, urgency, and resource requirements.

Register for this session - NB we have a technical issue with the IIBA Zoom account right now, so we will send you a joining link prior to Friday's 12pm (4th July)

See you there!

How do you register for this event?

1. Click the 'Register Now' orange button at the top of your screen
