The speaker
Gareth Dick, Business Architect
Gareth is a Senior Business Analyst with over a decade of experience, working predominantly across the Public Sector, with additional exposure to the Private and Financial sectors. With a sound technical foundation, he has played a key role in large‑scale service transformation programmes, helping organisations transition from legacy applications and services to modern, scalable platforms.
He began his career at Accenture in 2012, initially working in Development and Testing before discovering his passion for Business Analysis. Since then, Gareth has worked across a wide range of delivery methodologies and frameworks, including Waterfall, Agile, Scaled Agile, and Product Operating Models. This breadth of experience has given him a unique perspective on how the BA role evolves within different environments, and how stakeholder expectations and responsibilities shift alongside delivery approaches.
