Ready to take the next step in your business analysis career? The IIBA UK Mentoring Programme offers a supportive, mentee‑led space where you can clarify your goals, gain fresh perspectives, and build confidence with the guidance of an experienced BA mentor. With structured support, reflective conversations, and a community committed to your growth, this programme is an ideal opportunity to invest in your development and move forward with purpose.
IIBA UK Mentoring Programme: Mentee registrations open on 2nd March 2026
Grow with purpose. Develop with support.
As a mentee in the IIBA UK Mentoring Programme, you set the direction of your development. This programme is designed to help you clarify your goals, explore your options, and build confidence in your next steps as a business analyst.
Your mentor will act as a supportive thinking partner - someone who listens, challenges, and helps you reflect. They will not train you in specific techniques or instruct you in how to perform your role. Instead, they will help you gain clarity, perspective and momentum.
Investment (upon registration):
- £59 for IIBA members
- £79 for non‑members
The registration fee will be fully refunded if we are unable to successfully match you to a mentor.
Time Zone: the programme sessions will run in GMT, and mentoring conversations will typically follow the same time‑zone arrangement. If you are based outside the UK, please consider whether you can attend meetings scheduled in GMT before submitting your application.
What to expect as a Mentee:
By joining the programme, you will:
- Define your own development goals
- Receive guidance to explore pathways and possibilities
- Gain new perspectives through reflective, supportive conversations
- Strengthen your self-awareness and professional confidence
- Put new ideas into practice between sessions
Mentee Eligibility Criteria
To ensure the programme is valuable and appropriately matched, mentees must meet a basic threshold of business analysis experience and demonstrate the appropriate mindset.
