The Session Facilitator: Corina Badeanu

Corina founded 'The Scent of Burnout', an initiative born from a 25-year career in the high-pressure world of corporate banking. After navigating the complexities of the financial sector for over two decades, Corina transitioned into the Business Analysis community in January 2020.
Following her most recent redundancy in 2024, she decided to pivot her experience into 'giving back' to the professional community she knows best. She now helps BAs and corporate professionals manage the heavy load of their roles through creative, tactile workshops that restore balance and prevent burnout. As a Certified Corporate Wellness Coach and Mental Health First Aider, Corina ensures every session is a safe, grounded space for genuine mental restoration.
