Come along and discuss Communities of Practice in Business Analysis; how we form them, how we keep people engaged and involved, and how we make them safe spaces for people to share knowledge and ideas, and of course share why we need them at all.

Hippo is extremely excited to work with the IIBA UK to bring together professionals and enthusiasts from the world of business analysis for a vibrant gathering centred around the power of Communities of Practice and our wider professional networks. Meet the Speakers:

Faizal Dawood is a BA with Hippo Digital. With 10 years of experience within the profession he is a keen advocate of Communities of Practice as a way of sharing and building our knowledge and an active participant in the wider BA Community. 

Helen Holder is a Lead Business Analyst within Ministry of Justice. She is passionate about helping other BAs build their confidence and unlock their potential and works as a volunteer with both IIBA UK and YBA (Young Business Analysts)
