Efe is a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) with the IIBA, he is also ServiceNow and Dynamics 365 CE certified with over 10 years of experience in driving process improvements and enhancing user experience across various industries. Proven expertise in leading cross-functional teams and implementing successful system adoptions, notably increasing customer satisfaction scores. Adept at crafting clear documentation and supporting agile methodologies to streamline workflows. Committed to delivering innovative solutions that align with business objectives and improve operational efficiency while supporting team bonding and cohesion.
Dr Ebuka Ibeke
Dr Ebuka Ibeke is a Senior Lecturer in Business and Data Analytics at Robert Gordon University and a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. He leads the MSc Business Analytics and MSc Business Analytics for Healthcare Management programmes, supporting curriculum development and student mentorship.
Dr Ebuka’s work sits at the intersection of data, technology, and business value. He also contributes to the wider academic community as a guest speaker and journal guest editor.
Kayode Adedigba
Kayode Adedigba is a UK based Solution Architect at o9 Solutions, specializing in Supply Chain and Revenue Growth Management (RGM). He helps CPG organizations turn complex business planning challenges into practical digital solutions. Kayode also serves on the Board of IIBA UK Chapter serving as the Communities Director for North (of England) and Scotland, supporting learning, networking, and professional development across the business analysis community.
