About the speakers
Victoria Banner

Victoria Banner is a seasoned change professional with over 20 years of experience in Business Analysis and Business Architecture. She is currently practicing as a Business Architect at Royal London Group. She holds a Master’s degree in Business and Strategy, along with several professional certifications in Business Analysis, including the Advanced Diploma in Business Analysis and the CBAP qualification.
She collaborates with BCS on a consultancy basis, serving as a Business Analysis oral examiner, courseware reviewer, advanced assessor, and contributing expert. Additionally, she is an active member of both the IIBA Advisory Panel and the BA Conference Advisory Panel.
A passionate advocate for the Business Analysis and Architecture community, Victoria regularly speaks at conferences and industry events. She is a founding member of the BA4Good movement and co-author of the BCS publication on Business Architecture. Victoria resides in Cheshire with her family.
Jonathan Hunsley

Jonathan Hunsley is the Service Development Director for Assist Knowledge Development Ltd. Jonathan has worked in a variety of roles across the financial services and consultancy sectors. He specialises in business architecture, business analysis and service design.
Jonathan is a Chartered IT Professional and the lead assessor for the BCS Advanced International Diploma in Business Analysis. He holds an MBA and the Expert Business Analysis Award. He is a regular speaker at international conferences and has contributed to a variety of publications such as Business Analysis (Paul and Cadle, 2020), and Business Analysis Techniques (Cadle et al, 2021).
He is a regular contributor to the BA Brew Podcast, co-founded the SD Forum for Service Designers, and was the chief architect of the A4Q Certified Service Designer award.
