"Some people cause happiness wherever they go; others whenever they go.” - Oscar Wilde

Have you ever wondered why some people bring the best in us and make us what to achieve success, while some people leave us unmotivated and bored?

How do some people seem to always have confidence and others enjoy being around them? Ever wondered if you can be like that?

Well, the answer is - Yes!

During this session we will discuss how this can be achieved, but not though cheap tricks and manipulation, but though changing your mindset and understanding core skills and competencies that make someone a great influencer and negotiator. At the end we will link these skills to that of a Business Analyst and see how we can use them in our profession.

This session is suitable for all professions and career levels.
