David Jacobs leads an exploration of pragmatic value focused business analysis for maximising levels of success for project stakeholders. David provides tips, examples and anecdotes from his career and draws from a value maximisation framework of his own design.
David is an exponent of practical, pragmatic business analysis. In this webinar he presents ideas and tips on conducting a career as a BA and being an effective translator between Business and IT. Relating examples and anecdotes of good and bad practice from his own experiences, David draws on the Business Value Maximisation Framework (BVMF)TM he has developed to enhance business/IT methods that, in his view, have lacked some ability to focus on the finer points of Business-IT mediation and value maximisation for stakeholders.

David is in the 5th decade of his career. He has presented on 'maximising business value' to the British Computer Society's Project Management Group (BCS PROMS-G), the National Computing Centre's senior members group (NCC) and the Association of Project Managers (APM) East of England branch amongst other bodies including the Post Office's Business Analysis team. David is known for being entertaining as much as insightful and informative.
