You bring the logic. Research brings the context.
Projects don't fail because of bad logic, they fail because of missing context. Business analysts are great at translating complexity, but how do you translate people? Research isn't a job title. It's a skill and in this session I'm going to give you three methods you can walk out of this room and use tomorrow.
