Manas Rao is a seasoned Business Analyst with over 21 years of experience, including 15 years in banking across wealth management, mortgages, private banking, and risk & controls. Having worked across the US, India, and the UK, he has led complex transformation programmes and delivered strategic business and technology change at scale. Currently Vice President and Lead Business Analyst at a global bank, and a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), he brings a global perspective and practical expertise in bridging business needs, stakeholder priorities, and technology solutions.
Dominica Izunobi is a Business Analyst, community builder, and founder of Business Analysis Circle, where she helps aspiring and early-career professionals break into Business Analysis with confidence. With a background in Political Science and a Master's in International Business, she has spent the past six years working across insurance, reinsurance, FMCG, and fund administration - navigating complex projects and new domains along the way. She also mentors women exploring careers in technology through Women Go Tech in Vilnius, Lithuania, championing the idea that a non-traditional background can be a competitive advantage.
