VWFS Business Analysis Practice Showcase
About the event
Join us for an informal, relaxed networking focussed evening where Business Analysts from VWFS will showcase many of the extracurricular initiatives they have undertaken as a BA practice.
It’s an excellent opportunity for everyone to discuss some of the main relevant business analysis themes with likeminded BAs, while learning and sharing perspectives and thoughts on how BAs can continue to add value to their organisations.
At the event, you’ll be able to learn about and share your thoughts on a wide range of topics, including:
- BA practice structure and the best place for BAs to sit within the organisational structure
- Methodologies (waterfall, agile) and teams (product teams, programmes and others)
- The initiatives that VWFS BAs have tried, and how successful or not they were
- BA self-learning and development
- Artificial Intelligence and how this may impact BAs
- Training to business colleagues on the fundamentals of business analysis by BAs
- Design Thinking
- Problem solving
- Feasibilities and early sight of change; single view of change.
Numbers are limited and refreshments will be provided, so ensure you guarantee your place! Bookings will close 24 hours before the event.
Directions: This is an in-person event, hosted by Volkswagen Financial Services UK at their offices in Milton Keynes. Upon arriving at the car park gates, kindly ring the reception by pressing the designated button for access, then drive ahead and follow the signs for visitors which will take you around the building (with the building always on your right) to the visitor parking, located on the opposite side of the building.
