Adrien Caeymaex, Principal Consultant, Capco
Adrien has over 8 years consulting experience within financial services and has developed a strong expertise in Business Architecture over the years. Working with Tier-1 global investment banks, Adrien has developed interim and target state business architectures within wholesale banking, particularly in credit & lending and sustainability, and more recently within life & pensions. Through his experience, Adrien has acquired a solid background and methodology to tackle future state architecture design and strategic business case creation. His experience drove him to interact regularly with senior stakeholders and nurture strong team dynamics with colleagues and clients to maximise outputs and value creation.
Stefan MacGregor, Senior Consultant, Capco
Stefan MacGregor is a highly experienced Business Analyst, with over 14 years of experience in Business Analysis, Lean Transformation and Continuous Improvement roles across multiple industries, from telecoms to public sector transport and financial services. He has spent the last five years working with Capco, where he has been involved in driving process excellence initiatives across investment banking, retail banking and asset management clients.
