In honour of ADHD Awareness Month, join us for an unfiltered look beyond the headlines and stereotypes at what it really means to live and work with an ADHD brain.

We will begin with a brief overview of neurodiversity as a whole before diving straight into ADHD by discussing core traits, sharing lived experiences, and highlighting the unique strengths that come with thinking differently.

Moving into practical application, we will spotlight the hidden barriers built into standard BA practices and how to adapt them to be more neuro-inclusive. As a neurodivergent BA, Emily will share practical strategies to help other neurodivergent BAs navigate daily workplace challenges, protect their energy, and thrive within their roles.

Key Takeaways:
  • Challenge outdated stereotypes, media narratives, and standard ways of working designed for neurotypical brains.
  • Change our mindset from a neurotypical default to a neuro-inclusive one through small, intentional adjustments in how we work and support each other.
  • Celebrate unique thinking styles and neurodivergent strengths by creating an environment where people feel understood, valued, and empowered to bring their authentic selves to work.
