- Step into the world of Kilts and Kente, a company on the brink of collapse after a series of high-stakes challenges. The ambitious development of a groundbreaking AI tool was meant to revolutionise the business analysis field, but cracks within the project team have thrown the entire initiative into turmoil.
- As a workshop attendee, you will become part of this unfolding drama, tasked with uncovering what went wrong and saving the company from disaster.
- Your journey will focus on Game 1, where you and your team will trace the final movements of Richard Milestone, the project manager, uncovering vital clues to locate a missing artifact.
Game 1: Locate the Body
Objective:
Work together to retrace Richard's final movements through the country manor. Each room unlocks a video clue, helping your team uncover the sequence of events leading to his mysterious demise. Using your best tools and techniques, collaborate to pinpoint where Richard received a fateful phone call and uncover a vital artifact.

Tools and Techniques:
Swimlane and process maps, affinity diagrams, stakeholder analysis.
