About The Speaker:

Shivangi is the Design Lead for a Public Services client and boasts an impressive 15 years of experience across various roles in the public service domain. She’s worn many hats over the years—ranging from development and incident management to application design and business analysis. However, it was in 2016 that she found her true calling in Business Analysis, which she has embraced with enthusiasm (and perhaps a few cups of strong coffee!).

Originally from India, Shivangi began her career in the vibrant, bustling city of Mumbai before relocating to Newcastle in 2016. These days, she enjoys the quieter life in Newcastle, where she spends her spare time exploring the beautiful natural landscapes. With Newcastle’s greenery and Mumbai’s energy as part of her journey, she’s definitely experienced a fair share of contrasts—much like navigating the world of public service projects!
