First, we bid a fond farewell to James Compton, our Director of Professional Development. James has been instrumental in running and facilitating our highly regarded mentorship scheme, making positive impacts to numerous analysts in their growth journey. His thoughtful leadership and dedication will be deeply missed, and we thank him for everything he’s brought to IIBA UK.
We also say goodbye to Alison Fairclough, Communities Director for North & Scotland. Alison has played a key role in championing our regional events, and we are grateful for the energy she poured into this role.
As we look ahead, I’m delighted to welcome Kayode Adedigba as our new Communities Director (North & Scotland). Kayode brings a wealth of enthusiasm and experience to the board, and is passionate about representing the voices of professionals across Northern England and Scotland.
