I have used additions and techniques to successfully lead all types of meetings, even the hardest and most contentious.

Thea was one of the authors of the IIBA’s BABOK 3.0, specifically the Techniques chapter, the Underlying Competencies chapter, and the Glossary, and she recently had the book Business Analysis Bridging the Gap Across Industries published to reduce the learning curve for Business Analysts entering 12 different industries; plans for the next book are underway.
After working as a contractor across almost every industry, from greeting cards to nuclear power and medical diagnostics, Thea is bringing decades of hard-earned lessons to audiences around the world.
Thea serves President of the Tampa Bay IIBA Chapter, provides consulting, coaching and training to individuals and groups worldwide, and seeks to lift up our communities from where they are to who they want to become, making each life better, for the good!
