Christina Tan

I am a customer-centric management consultant passionate about building and enhancing business capabilities. I started my career in corporate finance and later transitioned to the world of business change. Throughout my career, I worked on complex transformation programs and gained an appreciation of the business analysis profession and its value in enhancing my skills portfolio and delivering successful outcomes. As the Finance Director of IIBA UK, I work with the board to set organisation's strategy, overseeing financial management, reporting and controls as well as actively seeking opportunities to strengthen our business analysis community.
 

Professional Development Director

James Compton

With over 20 years of experience as a Business Analyst, I am passionate about implementing innovative learning methods. I coordinate the flagship UK mentorship scheme, connecting aspiring BAs with seasoned professionals to foster growth and knowledge sharing. Additionally, I run highly interactive study group sessions, creating engaging environments that encourage collaboration and skill development. My focus is on magnifying the impact of BAs by emphasizing their value, promoting high performance, and fostering a deeper sense of purpose within the BA community.

As a Consulting Business Analyst with over 25 years of experience, I have a proven track record of driving innovation and transformation in fast-paced, regulated, and technical environments. I excel at leading and inspiring teams to achieve exceptional results, believing strongly in self-organising teams, organisations, and communities. My mission is to share knowledge and experience for the betterment of those interested in learning.
Currently, I apply my expertise as member of the Business Analysis Practice at Novuna which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsubishi HC Capital Inc. Novuna is one of the UK's leading providers of consumer lending, asset finance, and vehicle leasing services. In this dynamic environment. I play a pivotal role in helping to shape and deliver the company's future through innovation, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and industry best practices.
 
As IIBA UK Operations Director, my goal is to ensure we have a culture that enables effective processes and systems to support the IIBA UK members and volunteers in their growth and development

Jason Thompson

Jason is a Principal Data Product Consultant at Kubrick Group, specializing in the mentoring, training, and coaching of their delivery consultants in Business Analysis and Agile Product Delivery.   Jason has over 20 years working in Business Analysis and delivery leadership roles across Investment Banking, Insurance and Advertising sectors.  Jason is passionate about the value of being part of a BA community and joined the IIBA UK Board as Membership Director in 2023.

Kateryna Stryhunivska

I'm a Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in Operations (Planning, Supply Chain, QEHS, Reporting) within large-scale enterprises of 10,000+ employees. In my current role, I focus on enterprise transformation and change management, leveraging business capabilities through innovative technology solutions.

My motivation for becoming the IIBA UK Marketing Director is to serve the BA community by using my skills and knowledge to promote chapter events and support IIBA UK's mission to be the voice of the BA community in the UK.

Bronia Anderson-Kelly

Bronia is a well-qualified Consultant Business Analyst and has worked in IT change for nearly 2 decades. She’s been a BA of the Year finalist and an Inspirational Individual finalist in the IT industry. She’s spoken at the BA Conference in London, mentors and trains others and encourages younger people to consider a career in the profession.
Now, supporting the IIBA UK Chapter in the capacity of Technology Director she’s here to help the Chapter meet their tech-enabled goals.
 
Bronia, her husband, and family are based in the beautiful Isle of Man and love all the madness that having younger kids brings.

Alison Fairclough

Alison Fairclough is the Head of Business Analysis and Practice Lead at Handelsbanken UK. She has worked in business analysis-related roles stretching over an 18 year period, with much of her time spent in Banking and Finance. Alison is a strong advocate for the BA profession and uses her positions, inside and outside of the workplace, to promote the role and reach of the discipline. She is particularly passionate about community of practice and developing capabilities

Adriana Silva

Business analysis and Adriana crossed paths in 2016, after she was working with business improvement for a few years. Since then, Adriana has learned and applied business analysis tools alongside approaches from various disciplines in her professional journey that also includes careers in areas such as teaching and Human Resources.
Business Analysis gives Adriana plenty of opportunities to satisfy her curiosity. Adriana first heard of IIBA back in 2019, which was timely for her as it brought a wealth of new contacts and learning opportunities that made her life much more interesting during the pandemic days – and she continues to find plenty of reasons to be part of this amazing organisation!

Kamal Marwaha

I've worked as a Business Analyst for 15 years and am enthusiastic about the role and our ability to provide clarity of thought on the projects and organisations we work with.
 
As a Community Director, my aim is to cultivate a vibrant community of Business Analysts, spanning from newcomers to seasoned professionals, fostering collaboration and collective growth.
 
Additionally, I want elevate awareness of Business Analysis within the broader IT community, showcasing the impactful contributions we are capable of making.

I moved from academia into IT, loved it, and stayed. I’m a consultant Business Analyst working in Life Sciences and STEM with an ongoing fascination into human psychology and behaviour, and the intersections with IT. As President of IIBA UK I champion Business Analysis as a profession across the country and love the way BAs come together in IIBA UK to learn new things and support each other.
