Role: YouTube Content Creator
IIBA UK are looking for a creative and results-driven YouTube Content Creator to produce compelling, audience-focused video content aligned with our brand and objectives. To manage and grow the IIBA UK YouTube channel. As the YouTube Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing compelling video content, including publishing past webinar recordings, creating bite-sized clips, and producing event teaser videos. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation and wants to make an impact in the Business Analysis community.
Key Responsibilities
- Film and edit high-quality videos using industry-standard equipment and editing software
- Upload past webinar recordings and set up YouTube Premieres to maximise engagement
- Repurpose longer recordings into YouTube Shorts to expand reach
- Develop teasers for upcoming events to boost registration and awareness
- Maintain content calendar
- Monitor channel analytics to inform content decisions and identify growth opportunities
Role: Capability Development Lead
IIBA UK are looking for someone to design and lead engaging study group programmes that help participants deepen their understanding of business analysis principles, build confidence in applying BABOK and Agile concepts, and prepare for IIBA certifications such as ECBA, CCBA, or CBAP.
Key responsibilities:

Plan and schedule study group sessions in coordination with the IIBA UK Events Team and other stakeholders

Curate or create session materials aligned to the BABOK and certification objectives

Facilitate interactive, inclusive group discussions—virtually or in-person—promoting peer learning.

Engage with guest speakers or co-facilitators where needed.

Coordinate registration, attendance tracking, and post-session follow-ups.

Support a welcoming, encouraging environment for all learners.

Gather and reflect participant feedback for continuous improvement.

Report on engagement, insights, and success stories to the IIBA UK Board or Community Leads.
Flexible time commitment of 1-3 hours per week
